Vaasthu Shastra & Feng Shui

Where you live decides how you live. I don't want to give you gyaan about how - chi or prana or life force works in bringing good health, joy & prosperity into lives. There are enough & more literatures available on the Internet on how shapes, size, & directions influence events & personal lives. I need not take extra effort about convincing you about this ancient art. The only thing I am aware is - it works & it works perfectly!

NOTE - You can choose the whole package, single product or even mix & match. The charges will be accordingly. Muhurtas (auspicious time) for site seeing, bhoomi puja, registration, & house warming will be done for free in case you take the whole package.

I am sure my whole package doesn't put a hole in your pocket ;).

FOR FLATS - RS 5000 / 132 USDs (Whole Package - which includes a, b, c, & d)
a) Horoscope Analysis - Rs 500 (14 USDs)

The natal chart/horoscope of the person on whose name the house is being bought will be analyzed & seen if the time is ripe for a purchase. Also your luck for possession for house/land will be analyzed completely.

b) Lucky Directions - Rs 2500 (66 USDs)

Customized lucky directions for your house will be provided in detail - like for main entrance, hall, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, garden et al

c) Flat Approval - Rs 1000 (27 USDs)

Once you have found houses that suit your budget, I will come in person to inspect the houses - i.e. if you need me. The above fee is for inspecting 3 houses of your choice and suggesting the best out of them.

d) Remedial Measures - Rs 1000 (27 USDs)

Sometime we tend to compromise on few things that are beyond our control. Like your wife, for some reason, won't like the place even if has the best Vaastu directions, or your parents might worry a lot about the distance factor - in that case you can always do minor remedial measures to bring peace, luck, good health & prosperity.

FOR PLOTS & INDEPENDENT HOUSES - RS 10,000 / 264 USDs (Whole Package - which includes a, b, c, d & e)
a) Mathematical Correction for architectural design - Rs 5000 (132 USDs)

After you get your blue print designed from the architect, I will be providing you with the Vaastu correction for dimensions starting from walls, rooms, doors, windows et al - along with Vaastu & Graha Naabi.
