I was one among the few 'chosen ones' to watch Rajni starrer 'Enthiran' the 'first' before the rest. I don't want to write anything about the movie, nor want to review it. In fact I am yet to come out of the 'awe' - Shankar and Rajni have created on the silver screen - again. Out of 5 I will give 5 ½ - because for Rajni anything is possible, and will say it is a MUST watch for all the Rajni fans and also for those who aren't his fans yet!

Long time ago - I quit my corporate life after 8 years of hands on experience after a major revelation. And the revelation was - you can never grow in the corporate world - until and unless you are ruthless, a hypocrite, dishonest, untruthful, and a professional manipulator. If you DO NOT have any of these basic characteristics and still believe that honesty and hard work will help you climb the corporate ladder - then I can only feel sorry for you. You can only try and try until you die!
Apart from hanging around with 10 bikini clad blondes on a Hawaii beach something that was always on my bucket list was to visit a striptease bar. And by God's grace I did. 99 per cent of the Indian men I know living in a foreign nation have visited a striptease bar, and 1 per cent still refuse to accept they did. I know for Indian men a lot of morality factor still hovers around watching a group of women undressing in front of them. In fact this morality issue was long dead for women. Indian women landing in a foreign nation are the ones more open to visit a striptease bar than men these days.
My friend got his driving license after a lot of effort and after going through immense training. In fact he failed a couple of times in the tests and had to come all over again. With this introduction I am sure the reader has already understood that I am not talking about India. In India, to my knowledge none has ever failed in a driving test, and even if you fail, you can pay the brake inspector and go home with a valid license.
The Indian Machiavelli and the 'pioneer' of the field of economics and political science - Chanakya, in his writings said, "wise men should never live in a country where there are no means of earning one's livelihood, where the people have no dread of anybody, have no sense of shame, no intelligence, or a charitable disposition." In the last 2 months India - has been talking about corruption in Common Wealth games, security threats for unknown reasons, and has been endlessly waiting for the verdict on Babri Masjid, which was demolished when I was 17 years old. I am 35 years old today, and in the next 17 years, I will be pushing the grass I am sure.
